It is the norm for hotels to provide a kettle, coffee and tea bags, tissue paper etc. For my room type, none of these were provided, causing me great inconvenience. The hotel description dis not say that these amenities would not be provided. It just said what it would provide. But because these amenities are the norm, one would not expect that they would not be provided!

The hotel has a superb central location. The city center is just a few minutes away.
The breakfast is excellent.
Unfortunately, there are no German-language channels.
The boxes of cosmetic tissues have also been removed. Such a shame.

Excellent location and comfort in the heart of Andorra
My stay at the NH Andorra la Vella was excellent. The hotel is located right on the main shopping avenue, ideal for enjoying the nearby shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. The staff was very friendly and attentive throughout. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options. Although access to the parking lot can be a bit tricky, it is a very useful service. Definitely a recommended choice for staying in Andorra la Vella.
