都很棒，只是沒有「不用打掃」標示，以為不會進來打掃，很亂，辛苦了。廁所沒櫃子放衣物，不方便，床太軟，沒睡好（我喜歡硬ㄧ點），其餘都很棒。附近太師宅等景點走路5分鐘，可以去走走

La chambre est spacieuse et très propre. La literie est très confortable. La rue peut être bruyante malgré le double vitrage. L'emplacement est très bien, en centre-ville, à côté de la rue des restaurants et il y a des superettes à côté aussi.
Le monsieur à l'accueil ne parle pas anglais.

I was there for biz trip and I expected an extra monitor to connect with my laptop. But it was an old connector, VGA. I asked if there was any way. The front man, the owner, tripped to his home to replace the one in the room. How nice the service is in this small town. Hotel staff cared about what customers needed. I don't know how I am thankful for his attitude.
Will visit again if I come back to town.

깨끗하고 위치가 좋아요 한파에 따뜻하게 잘 잤습니다 모텔촌이라 걱정했는데 9명이라 트윈룸 포함 방4개 빌려서 3개방 인접해 배정 주었어요. 아침에 토스트랑 우유정도는 먹을수 있었음 애들이 팝콘을 좋아했어요. 다만 복도랑 방은 좁은데 화장실은 넓어서 의아했네요. 엘리베이터가 없어서 유아 동반은 좀 힘들듯해요. 단열때문인지 창문은 좁아서 그게 좀 답답하긴했어요. 전망이 없는 동네라 그려러니 했어요. 출장이나 혼자 여행객은 저렴하게 괜찮은 숙소인듯.

We had a great stay at the Yam Hotel. The perfect location for a trip to Andong. The room was spotless, comfortable and had all the amenities. Would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommend this lovely hotel.
