객실 청결도가 좋네요. 난방도 잘 되구요. 다만 4인 이용 가능 객실에 테이블이 작고 기타 시설없이 덩그러니 비어 있으니 공간이 너무 아쉽네요.

1. 예약 : 2024/12/26(목) 23:07에 트립닷컴에서 2024/12/27(금)~2024/12/28(토) 안동CM파크호텔 예약!(전자영수증 이메일 전송 시간 확인)
2. 2024/12/27(금) 20:30경 호텔로 방문하여 체크인 시도하였으나, 예약 날짜(트립닷컴에서 실제 예약된 일자 : 2024/12/26(목) ~ 2024/12/27(금))가 지났다며 체크인 불가 통보!
3. 호텔(호텔 관계자)과 트립닷컴(채팅창 대화)에 항의한 사실
1) 26(목) 23:07에 예약하는 것이 상식적으로 26(목)~27(토) 일정이라고 말할 수 있는가?
2) 26(목) 24:00가 될 때까지 투숙객이 체크인 하지 않았으면 투숙객이 오지 않은 것을 확인하고 고객에게 연락을 해줘야 하는거 아닌가?
3) 투숙하지도 않았는데 26(목) 체크인과 27(금) 체크아웃을 누가 처리했는지 알지 못하지만 트립닷컴에는 처리가 되어 있는데 문제라고 생각하지 않는가?
4) 종합의견
트립닷컴은 고객의 편의상 밤 11시 이후에 당일 투숙이 가능하도록 처리한 것은 알겠으나, 나와 같은 고객이 발생할 수 있음을 알고 있었다면 알림 기능을 통해 여러 번의 주의를 주거나 확인하는 절차를 거치도록 했어야 한다고 본다.
또한 호텔측에서는 고객의 개인정보를 확인할 수 없어 연락을 못했다는 등의 대답을 하던데, 전산상으로 확인하면 트립닷컴을 통해서든 확인할 수 있었을 것이라고 본다. 광고성 동의는 얼마나 많이 하던데 트립닷컴 푸시 알림이나 트립닷컴을 통해 연락처 확인 후 연락을 할 수도 있었을 거라고 본다.
호텔 - 여행사 - 트립닷컴(플랫폼)으로 연결되는 구조로 알고 있는데, 프로모션 할인으로 고객 유치만 할 줄 알지, 고객의 만족도 서비스는 정말 1도 생각하지 않는 거 같다. 호텔 측 호텔 관계자의 태도도 알아보겠다던지 하는 식이 아니라 무조건 안된다라는 식의 고객 응대는 정말 아니라고 생각한다. 최악의 호텔이고, 최악의 플랫폼이다.
