The best hotel we stayed in Korea! Very warm, very comfortable. It was comfortable to sleep on the futons, well, maybe the pillow was a little unusual. Otherwise, everything is super! The location is just wonderful - there is a forest around, traditional houses and a river and a park not far away. Very tasty and hearty breakfast. The service is top notch - we were met, given a tour of the territory, taken to the room and helped with the luggage. If there is a chance, we will definitely come back here again!

Das wichtigste zuerst: Wer hier bucht, der sucht eine spezielle und traditionelle Erfahrung und kein gewöhnliches Hotel. Die Anlage liegt mitten im Wald. Man hört beim Aufwachen die Vögel und riecht den Wald auch. Die Umgebung regt zum Spazieren ein. Das Personal war freundlich, hat aber auch unsere Abmachung vergessen, uns und unsere Koffer bei der Abreise abzuholen. Unser Zimmer, bzw. Haus war von 1700 und bis auf das Bad und die Klimaanlage auch so ausgestattet. Die Fussbodenheizung wurde mit Strom und nicht mehr mit Feuer beheizt. Auch der Boden im modern eingerichteten Bad war beheizt. Man kann also ansatzweise den Charme und die Lebensweise von damals nacherleben. Natürlich mit der Annehmlichkeit eines top Restaurants und eines modernen und gute Kaffees. Beides gehört zur Anlage. Wir haben das spezielle und teure Abendessen und Frühstück bestellt und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Hotel ist nicht preiswert und es kommt sehr auf die Einstellung des Besuchers an, ob das Preis–/Leistungsverhältnis noch in Ordnung ist oder eben nicht. Wer den traditionellen Spirit sucht, kann belohnt werden. Wer die Anlage mit einem normalen Hotel vergleicht wird schlecht bedient.

Almost everything was perfect but didnt have clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Plus, no sign anywhere in property to show where to go for check-in. Had to call the property to ask and the staff said to wait as he would come and get us. He came with a gilf cart and took us to our “room” and gave instructions in how to lock and unlock our property.

The location of this hotel feels like it’s hidden away in the hills but in reality you can walk down to the river in 10 to 15 minutes where there are lovely walks, some cafes and a lovely old wooden bridge across the river to more cafes. There are also some cool moon boats which look great at night when they’re all lit up in different colours. The rooms are located in what I think are original houses and vary in size and shape because they are all individual. The restaurant is in a separate building which is also a traditional style. They also have a modern coffee shop in the complex. Due to it's location the complex is really peaceful and very picturesque and a lovely place to wind down and relax. Ours was a one bedroom house with a bedroom, lobby/hallway with a sofa, and a large modern bathroom with an enormous round bath as well as a separate shower cubicle. It also had a lovely big veranda at the front. We found it very comfortable. The bedroom had traditional mattresses on the floor but they were quite thick and comfortable.

숙소자체는 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 다만 추운 겨울에 고택은.. 외풍이 심하고 건조해서 좀 힘들었습니다. 봄이나 가을에 오면 예쁠 것 같습니다.
