Absolutely the worste hotel experience. Filthy in every which way possible. Cockroaches in my bed, toilet - everywhere. Carpet was beyond cleaning.
Paid for a King size bed on level 3, was given a queen size bed on level 5.
Breakfast was ok if you eat just rice - no eggs, and had to ask for milk for coffee.
No communication fay 2 of stay, breakfast again very simple, again not what I paid for. Reception never bothered to let guests know that a wedding had hijacked the resturant.
Resturant not open during the day or night, Bar was shut entire time albeit advertised.
Complained but fell of deaf ears... absolute disgrace !
Reported to Trip.com and received parial refund as hotel and sales manager didn' or wouldn't answer their phones.
I will never again use this place attempting to call themselves a hotel. Check out the photo's, absolutley no excuse ....

Suka sama lokasinya. Dekat ke Paskal hypersquare bisa jalan kaki. Butuh apa2 tinggal turun ada indomaret dan alfamart. Buat harga segitu ok sih.

Strategic location near a big mall, culinary is also close
Standard breakfast, friendly staff, only the cleanliness needs to be improved a little and the AC is not cold enough, but next time I will come back to stay if I have the chance.
