The staff were very cooperative. Room was clean, washroom / bath room were clean and hygienic. Ambience of hotel was comfortable. Easy access to public transport. Nearby restaurants were good. Over all experience was good.

Not a business hotel as expected. Cocroaches in room, wifi was not working, door key card was not working. Had opted for meal but had one and only biryani option. Breakfast was not on time. We were 5 and had booked a room each individually. But everyone had same worst experience. One woman customer felt too ugly and she shifted to other hotel due to this experience. Not worth for the price paid. While escalating staff was neither calling manager nor giving his contact details. Will not recommend this hotel for business experience or family stay either.

Internet not working, nonproper food, no response from reception or manager. Delay is every where. Lighting is not good. Door locks not working

Property and staff was good but the facilities offered was not appropriately served, meal was included but very few options. Fruit salad only one fruit was available in breakfast and chef was not available in dinner. Initially i have skip breakfast and dinner but as new to the city and very frequent user of mm t i have continued to stay. But unsatisfied

The ac was not working at all. There was a remote but couldn't make it work. The stay could've been much more comfortable than it was. Nil

There were lot of mosquitoes in the room. Also the staff service was average. There was no tandoori on my visit day i could not eat what i want

The stay was satisfactory, room was decent but you have to carry your luggage to your room. The good part was food and location. Food was yummy but they don't provide packed breakfast before the breakfast timings. The overall stay was comfortable.

Booked this hotel looking at the star ratings one thing for sure that it is not a 4 star property. Average maintained rooms with limited basic amenities

It's just an ok hotel better book via apps rather than checking in directly coz prize is high it doesn't worth the cost
