Hotel is old and outdated, room was clean, toilet didnt work right, a silverfish was in the tub when trying to take a shower the first night, trash cans filled near the ice machine were never cleaned the couples days I was there. Breakfast wasn’t very good but was something to eat, the coffee out front was hit or miss luke warm to kind of hot.

Very nice hotel. Great staff. Clean and pleasant: pillows sheets and bathroom were all great! I will definitely stay here again. Nice business center and outdoor pool. Parking was nice and bright. Staff were all happy and helpful. Easy on off of I-85. Set back from the highway so no highway noise!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything went smoothly starting at my time of arrival. I was greeted by a very kind and nice young gentleman named Isaiah. I have stayed at numerous Hamptons and other hotels but Isaiah's customer service was top tier! He actually asked my preference of what floor I would like to stay on. I have never been asked that at any other hotel I have stayed at. His professionalism and kindness should be replicated amongst the hospitality industry! Great job Isaiah! Because of your customer service I will definitely be back to stay when I'm in the area!

The Hampton Inn at Alliance Business Park in Anderson, SC is the ONLY place that you should be staying at while in Anderson. They have the most fantastic people that honestly treat you like "Royalty." And their breakfast bar is to die for. I can't say enough kind words about the people and the facility. It's well maintained, clean and very welcoming.

Nice check in with staff. 24/7 coffee in lobby. Updated rooms were clean. My accommodations were accounted for & I had a great room. Will stay again!

We were here for just a short stay while we visited Disneyland. The room was an excellent place to rest our heads for the night. Parking was super convenient. The hotel beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast the next morning before leaving. Would recommend to anyone visiting the Disneyland area.
