We are not responsible for the lake level. -Guests are responsible for following as lake, fishing and boating regulations. -A starter supply of supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, is provided. -There is absolutely no pets and no smoking in the house. If this rule is broken, you will be charged an extra $200 for deep cleaning of the house. -The kayak, paddle board and lake toys are for the use of our guests as an added bonus. If they become unavailable or break, you would not be entitled to a refund. -If any of the house rules are broken, you will be subject to removal without a refund for the remaining of the rental reservation.
