I am disappointed with the service I received, particularly on the day of our checkout. When we came down for breakfast that morning, there was almost nothing available, and we were told that the supplies hadn't arrived. Apart from pancakes, there was nothing else, and even when we requested a refill for the pancake machine, the staff member was quite rude. She told us, in a very dismissive tone, that if we wanted breakfast, we should have come at 7 or 7:30, and proceeded to rush us out of the breakfast room, saying she was closing the door.This kind of treatment is not what we expected, especially after staying for two days and booking four rooms. It was a disappointing end to what could have been a pleasant stay.I hope you can address this issue to ensure better service for future guests.
