Superb hotel with spacious, beautifully designed rooms offering breathtaking views. The service is outstanding, with staff always attentive to every detail. The cuisine is absolutely incredible, bursting with flavor. Love at first sight

5* hotel which overall lives up to its rating. Food presentation is very good whilst flavours could be better. Excellent room although iron / ironing board not permitted? Room controls via iPad; all worked bar the fireplace. Excellent shower and Aqua di Parma toiletries. Breakfast range was excellent! Pre arrival preferences not adhered to on a daily basis; why? No noise in room. Bed / pillow voice very comfortable. Andermatt is a nice “village”, great for skiing, but lacks high end boutique shops. Hotel is well located in village close to train station. Airport access is via Zurich or Milan both are 1.5 to 2 hours drive away. Hotel has “outposts” for dining which are all good.

L'endroit est magnifique et les restaurants encore plus mais ma note ne porte pas sur la qualité de l'établissement mais sur leur process de caution bancaire je m'explique. Ils ont bloqué 399 CHF en date du 8 août lors de notre arrivée et ne me l'ont pas annulée encore à ce jour malgré la législation qui impose à l'hôtelier de restituer la transactions dans les 7 jours après le paiement de la facture finale. Malgré nos téléphones ou mails, la direction continue de faire la sourde oreille en répondant de manière évasive. Je trouve cette façon de faire indigne. Nous ne parlons pas de milliers de Francs mais si c'était le cas, la procédure serait la même! Qu'attendent ils pour annuler cette opération?

Cela fait déjà plusieurs fois que nous venons dans cet hôtel. L'accueil était parfait. Par contre cette fois-ci nous avons été très déçus. La chambre n'était pas si propre que cela. Beaucoup de poussière et sur le tapis il y avait des cheveux qui n'avaient pas été aspirés. Les meubles deviennent vieillissants : par exemple le canapé est vieux et cela fait vraiment tâche dans cette chambre. Le meuble au pied du lit est très usé aussi. La chambre a besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement et nous avons aussi remarqué dans le restaurant le bas du meuble du bar est vraiment vraiment très usé. Le matelas est vraiment trop mou. Nous avons été étonnés que les produits de douche ne nous soient pas changés alors que nous les avions déjà pas mal vidés. Nous pensons que les chambres ont besoin d'un rafraîchissement ou que les prix soient revus à la baisse. Nous attendrons quelques années avant de revenir
