From the moment you enter the hotel you relax. The reception area is light and airy and and the staff on reception, helpful and calm. It's just a lovely hotel in the best part of Ancona.

Abbiamo pernottato qui solo per una notte e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Un 4 stelle di nome e di fatto ! Ottima la pulizia, ottima la posizione e ottima la colazione. Offre una buona colazione anche per chi ha delle intolleranze .Camera essenziale, ma molto bella con balcone con vista parziale sul mare. Personale gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di mettere la macchina nel piccolo parcheggio dell'hotel, ma proprio lì vicino c'è anche un parcheggio gratuito (sempre se c'è posto.) Consigliato!

Il Grand Hotel Passetto si conferma un posto unico, pensato per tutte le tipologie di ospiti e soprattutto per i nostri amici a quattro zampe. Il nostro gatto Maine Coon adora affacciarsi dalle finestre di questo Hotel per ammirare il panorama. La posizione è perfetta per arrivare in centro città, il personale è gentilissimo, la pulizia accurata e la colazione offre molta scelta per qualunque necessità. Soggiornare in questo hotel è sempre una scoperta e sicuramente ritorneremo! Grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff anche da parte di Ferguson!!! Marco e Alice

Arrived very late and hotel were very accommodating, rooms very clean. Good breakfast included in our price, staff very friendly and helpful. Great short stay ( 1 night only) but would recommend or stay again when visiting Ancona.

E' un posto fantastico per una vacanza, un punto perfetto per escursioni e visite guidate e, soprattutto, un servizio sempre professionale e gentile. Il cameriere alle colazioni, il campione :-) It's a fantastic place to relax, a perfect spot for sightseeing and sightseeing, and most of all, always professional and friendly service. The waiter at breakfast is a master :-)

L'hôtel est à deux vitesses, certaines chambres un peu old school et les parties communes et l'extérieur un peu dépassées par l'âge mais très propre. Il y a les chambres réservées au 3e étage toutes rénovées et modernes, belle Tv, belle baignoire. On est dans le beau avec balcon vue sur mer. Petit déjeuner classique intercontinental bien mais sans folie.
