Newly remodeled 3 bedroom home near downtown

Just what we needed. The place was clean and as listed. It was easy to find, and had what we needed for the short stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

Nice house near to many things. We spent 3 nights before our cruise, and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Our stay in Anchorage Overall the property was nice. The outside of the place needs a good cleanup. Pulling up to the house it just looked a little junky as well as in the backyard. The inside of the house was nicely decorated and clean although it did have a slight odor as if someone had been smoking in the house. It was big enough for our family of 5 to sleep and gather comfortably. Based on the inside of the house I would stay here again.

Shoddy refurbished house We were quite disappointed in this property. When we arrived, the yard was un-mowed, and the place looked neglected. Tall grass and junk in the back yard were not good first impressions. The description said the house was newly remodeled. New paint covered a house that is in bad shape and disrepair. A door knob was installed backwards, a poorly installed faucet resulting in it just flopping around, and a thermostat hanging out of the wall by wires are just a few of the obvious issues. The windows did not have screens on them and the windows were all wide open when we arrived resulting in a house full of hungry mosquitos that we had deal with all night. Nice people to deal with, but was a very disappointing experience in a questionable neighborhood. We hate to give bad reviews, but this was our experience. We definitely will not come back here again.
