Entre o mar de um azul calmo e o cheiro de café da manhã com fruta fresca, encontrei em Ubu mais do que um hotel — encontrei um abrigo bonito, respeitoso e cheio de cuidado.
A hospitalidade foi simples e precisa, como deve ser: educação sem exageros, atenção sem invasão, conforto sem ostentação. Os quartos limpos, a cama deliciosa, o chuveiro quente na medida certa. E a vista… ah, a vista. Era como se a praia decidisse descansar ali comigo.
A comida, cheia de tempero capixaba, fez lembrar da mesa da minha avó, mas com toques que surpreendem — moqueca equilibrada, peixe fresco, suco de caju gelado e um café que parecia abraçar.
