I paid ₹15,500 for a 2-night stay and what I got in return was a complete nightmare. This property is a scam built on false promises. Right from food to sleep to basic cleanliness—we had to struggle for everything. The room was unclean, filled with insects, foul-smelling bathroom, and a fan that switched off and on by itself. There was no proper place to keep our luggage, broken chairs, and no wardrobe. The food was stale and delayed despite pre-ordering, and basic requests like coffee or an extra chair (for a 3-person booking!) were arrogantly denied with “please adjust” responses. They charge like a 5-star, but can’t even provide 1-star service. Worst part? When I raised these concerns, they first promised a full refund, then tried to dismiss my claims, only to later agree again—and then fail to honour it. This kind of unprofessionalism and manipulation is unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs. It’s not a vacation home, it’s a trap.

Great stay with great people, staff were very good and the stay had a good view also they provide a 6km trek up and down which is very good, food was also tasty not much options but better

I really enjoyed my stay at Willmount Resort. If you love experiential stays apart from conventional hotel rooms, this is the best place to explore. The atmosphere was cozy and unique, and the beautiful surroundings made it a memorable experience. Highly recommended!

I stayed in a couple's cabin for one night. I booked it at the last minute because we started our vacation a day earlier than planned and needed a place to stay. We checked in late as we had been traveling most of the day. Despite arriving after sundown, the staff was very welcoming, and the hospitality was excellent. The food was great, and the room was clean. The highlight of the stay was waking up to birds in the trees around us in the morning. The balcony had a nice view, though some of it was obscured by tall trees. The room was quite small but sufficient for a one-night stay. Additionally, there was a common campfire at night, which was a nice touch.

A friend of mine suggested this property. The number mentioned in the will mount site was very helpful in booking and planning the rest of the stay. Overall, cozy stay, friendly staff and great ambience
