Accueil charmant, La chef d'établissement et Marie à l'accueil étaient adorables à notre arrivée Mais 2 points très négatifs justifient cette note: 1 - chambre petite et nécessité de mettre nos deux vestes et un gilet en cachemire dans l'armoire ( petite ) que nous avons oublié en partant. Nous avons appelé 4 heures après notre départ pour signaler l'oublie . La chambre n'avait pas été occupée à nouveau et nos habits avaient disparu !!! d'après eux le personnelest fiable (!!!). je suis sure et absolument certaine d'avoir laisser ces habits de valeurs dans l'armoire : donc vol de nos affaires ... malgré le déni des gérants du restaurant. 2 luxury suite? certes produits de soins dans les chambre corrects mais chambre et locaux petits et très simple donc pas luxueuse. Piscine très petite et encastrée entre route et hotel non praticable ( feuilles et débris ++ , eau jaunâtre donc non entretenue et photos de l'hotel mensongères.++++ je n'aurais pas laissé de message s'il n'y avait pas eu de vol . Mais là c'est vraiment la goutte d'eau qui a fait déborder le vase.

Visited for 4 nights last week and I was quite disappointed to be honest. Upon my arrival the A/C was not working. Apparenty it was set on heat for the whole hotel and I could not turned it on the cool function. I had to sleep in 35C for 2 nights until it was fixed on the 3rd day and after numerous questions about it. So 2 nights sleep was ruined already. On the second day of my stay they told me that the pool would open and I would be able to enjoy sitting by it and using it however when I kept asking day after day they said there are some issues and it will open next week most likely so advertising a pool and not having a functional one is very disappointing. End of May where the season has already started. Very late and not communicated properly with the guest. I decided to try the breakfast one of the mornings and again very disappointing. Plain and tasteless. The customer service was good most of the times and it was not the staff's fault that all the above happened so I am not blaming them. Its the management that needs to improve. Thanks for your time reading this.

A very lovely and simple hotel, very peaceful and with a lot of shops nearby. The housekeeping ladies were lovely and the reception as well. We spend time on the evenings with the reception, Giannis to be exact , a very lovely and caring boy, always smiling and helpfull to our needs. (after all he was the one who recommended the hotel to us, as we knew him from the previous one and we missed him) We will for sure return, and we will bring our kids with us as well (maybe once the pool opens)

4 star hotel that perhaps struggles to get 1. I stayed for two nights. They demanded advance payment upon arrival and when I returned for the second night the room had not been made up. Terrible conditions of the room, if they don't renovate it it's to be forgotten. The breakfast is just terrible, they don't even have a croissant. Never again

Spent a week in this lovely, friendly hotel in northern Athens. My colleague and I each had an individual suite, which were lovely spacious rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff with a homely atmosphere. When we bought fresh oranges on an excursion a jug of freshly squeezed orange juice appeared on the table next morning. On a previous visit last summer a poolside bar was lovely for a pre dinner drink. Will hopefully get back soon again

I stayed at the hotel for business purposes. Its location is central next to a food business, something very positive. The room at some point had traces of moisture above the plasterboard. In addition, the cleanliness in the bathroom was not what it should have been as there were hairs and an earring under the sink. The staff was courteous. My review would like to upgrade the services provided.
