Hotel é bem localizado, novo e a limpeza é muito boa. Porém eu reservei um quarto triplo e me colocaram em um quarto duplo com cama auxiliar que com o peso do corpo fica afundada no meio. Além disso, os pratos do restaurante do hotel são intragáveis.

Café da manhã muito fraco. Sem mamão, suco de laranja. Os pães com aspecto de amanhecido. Caiu a quantidade do Café.
Toalhas com cheiro de mal lavada.
A estrutura do hotel é muito boa. Só ajustar o café da manhã e cobrar da lavanderia mais qualidade.

bom hotel, POREM, no que tange fazer pedidos ao restaurante o rapaz simplesmente nao bateu direito ou nao bateu na porta ao entregar um lanche liguei novamente ao restaurante esperei mais 20 minutos e nada do garçom vir. cancelei o lanche....PEDIDO FOI AS 2020 eram 2115 e ainda fiquei esperando....... um zero a esquerda de coordenação e comunicação interna. é preciso fazer um serviço bem claro, bem feito e conciso em tudo aquilo que um profissional foi talvez ou nao treinado para fazelo. tirando isso, os outros fatores sao bons o atendimento da recepção e um dos melhores. .
