Tudo ruim. Check-in demorado. Check-out demorado. Café da manhã pessimo. Frutas cruas, cafe sem gosto, pao duro e etc. Restaurante atendimento péssimo. Tudo demorado, tinhamos que ficar atrás do atendimento. Pericia que estavam todos trabalhando sem vontade. Acomodação fedida.

O hotel tem uma ótima estrutura, porém dois pontos negativos. 1° As recepcionistas da tarde não tem simpatia e cordialidade. O check-in foi extremamente demorado, parecia que não sabia o procedimento. Depois de muito aguardar, ela resolveu fazer manual. 2° O estacionamento é complicado pois se você parar na entrada do hotel, terá que dar a volta no quarteirão para entrar na garagem pois por onde entra é por onde sai e a rua não é via de mão dupla. Além disso dentro da garagem não tem sinalização para abertura do portão e as recepcionistas não se importaram em orientar. Você tem que descobrir sozinho. As vagas são mau divididas. Café da manhã simples sem muitas variedades. O ponto positivo vai para a garçonete do restaurante do jantar. Prestativa e simpática. Estava atendendo sozinha o jantar com sorriso no rosto. E para nossa surpresa já estava novamente no café da manhã com a mesma simpatia da noite.

Excelente estrutura e atendimento, localização estratégica para quem precisa chegar ao ginásio internacional de Anápolis, visto que fica a menos de 10 minutos de distância, isso de carro. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar lá.

Hotel com uma excelente localização e infraestrutura. Porém tivemos algumas dificuldades. Banho frio e não houve retirada do lixo do quarto. Houve falta de energia e ao ligar pra recepção não fui atendido. Falta de papel higiênico ao ponto de não colocarem. Sem informação como proceder para troca de toalha. Garagem sem manobrista dificultando o estacionamento. Café da manhã deixou a desejar, não conseguiram atender a demanda. Não estavam preparados para o números de pessoas. Não vimos presença de um responsável. Não foi possível parcelar a hospedagem de 5 dias no cartão.

O hotel estava vazio e chegamos com hora e meia de antecedência, mas não permitiram fazer o check in antecipado sem a cobrança de taxa extra. A cama é extremamente barulhenta e desconfortável. Não me hospedaria novamente.

Chegamos às 12h30. Check in antes das 14h somente era possível se pagássemos meia diária. Voltamos às 14h15 e havia uma fila enorme para o check in. Somente uma atendente mal-humorada. Decepção total! Todos na fila reclamando. Nenhuma chance de fazer o check antes de 40 minutos de espera

Pontos positivos: Quarto confortável, limpo, arejado e o ar condicionado funciona bem, atendentes da recepção educados e atenciosos! Pontos negativos: O cobertor não parecia limpo, a piscina é gelada (a tarde fica na sombra) e esperamos mais de 50 minutos na fila para fazer o check out (apenas 1 funcionário atendendo no domingo).

O pessoal do café da manhã deveria receber um treinamento urgente, urgente mesmo as moças pega nos talheres aquela parte que pega o alimento com a mão sem luvas enfia as dedo dentro da boca do copo limpo aonde vc põe a boca. O hotel excelente tudo novo bem limpo e silêncioso...
