We stay here for one night .the location is gudd and aloso the service.especially f and b department gives us a gudd service and irfan ahmad naikoo is helpful person. The hotel is really in a gudd and calm location staff here is really amazing.

was pleasant experience, very co operative staff, food was delicious. Rooms are spacious and well maintained and hygeinic. Mr. Irfan ahmad naikoo was very supportive and co operative and also gave us some useful information about the local weather conditions, locations to be visited etc. Happy to visit again.

The service provided by Wasik and his team was awesome . The way entire team has attended and made them available for us right from entering to Hotel and followed by allotment of Rooms and foods . While leaving hotel lt felt us to make promise ourselves to come back once again. We hope such services will be continued in future also.

The staff is very good at the work very kind and humble thank you THE SPARROW for you hospitality all the best keep the good work going ,, 👍 The reception and the staff at restaurant is very great thanks 👍 They have also cooked jain food and it was genuinely amazing. I recommend to stay here and enjoy the best view with best food and hospitality.

Excellent room services and very good atmosphere they staff is friendly the dinner was too good and also break fast the hotel view ohh like osm and food was hygiene and good quality and intraction with staff was too good osm hotel and very satisfied
