The hotel was gud, but sub- 3 star. Bathrooms were not cleaned, bedsheets were also dirty and had hair. Floors were not properly cleaned, were just wiped.
But, i guess, all hotels are like this in pehalgam side, so it was decent enough. Food was good, people are nice, they speak so soft and sweet to you and family. Overall, wasnt bad experience if you havent stayed in 4-5 star hotels

Booked 3 single occupancy rooms for one night in feb 25. Found the rooms good with good heating and also hot water supply during this winter month.

Nice Place but far from Market area, Everthing is great, Staff and owner is very Polite and CO-OPERATIVE, One thing that water is a problem if filter water is Provided the iw would be excellent. Otherwise Exceptional hospitality.

Ours was a short and a very pleasant stay. Mr imran was very helpful and assisted us in our onboarding. View from hotel is simply majestic with soothing sound of the lidder river

The hotel was small and basic rooms but was really cozy and comfortable. We visited during peak winters and they made sure we were comfortable. We booked 3 rooms and all rooms had blower which kept rooms warm enough. The blankets were also good and they even provided extra on asking. Washrooms were basic but hot water was ample and available all times. Food was also very good and the restaurant had good warm temperature maintained. Overall very comfortable stay. Kudos to entire staff.

The food was amazing, f&b manager and dinner staff was wonderful. The rooms were clean and well heated. The only thing is that the front office/housekeeping staff was too pushy for extra tips
