IT is in a serene atmosphere and is maintained cleanly. The property manager and other staff are helpful

The staff is good but unless we ask they didn't provide a proper blanket, soap anything. They need improvement in maintaining property

The room is poorly maintained. There is no lift to go to higher floors. There was some difficulty in locating the property. The door lock is falling apart. The bathroom is not kept tidy.

we took a look at the room and decided we would not check-in! the sheets were stained and crumpled at places. when asked if this is a cleaned room, the manager said yes! I hope they refund my booking amount.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. There’s enough space for parking too. It has all the things needed to make it a grand hotel, but they have not put the efforts to make it one. When it comes to the room. The toilets are small and didn’t have robe hooks inside. The rooms have basic infrastructure and nothing much to talk about. For the price point the hotel is good.

Hotel raj residency, banglore is cosy, comfortable place to stay. Staff is very cooperative. Only they don't have restaurant.
