It was a lovely stay at The Terraces. The view to the Kathmandu valley was stunning and the mountain view during the clearer skies were worth it. The service was tiptop and everyone was so kind and helpful. The FnB Manger Suman has very friendly and do not hesitate to go extra miles to provide the best service. We will certainly be back to The Terraces when we are travelling to Nepal again.

Located on the top of a mountain, 1.5 hours' drive from Kathmandu, the hotel has a beautiful and quiet environment, good service, games and sports, sauna and spa, morning yoga, and hiking. The natural scenery is beautiful and unique. However, the mountain road leading to the hotel is in poor condition, and traffic jams occur from time to time. I heard that a new road is being built. If the road is repaired, it is estimated that the drive from Kathmandu will be one hour.

Visited from Bangalore and absolutely blown away by the food and service at The Terraces Resort & Spa. A huge shoutout to Executive Chef Deepak Mishra for crafting meals that were not just delicious but truly soulful. Every dish felt curated with care and passion. Hats off to F&B Manager Suman Acharya for the seamless dining experience—attentive, warm, and perfectly managed. If you're a food lover, this place is not just a stay—it's a memory.

It was a fantastic stay at The Terraces!! Beautiful property, great amenities and delicious food!!! We were lucky to get a peek of the Himalayas in the morning. The hike to Kiwi Farm was adventurous for my young kids. Great balance of modern and tradition!!

Excellent Service, Food was Extraordinary, meet the chef and FNB Manager was very nice and supporting … Food preparation was outstanding in taste. Room quality and ambience was breathtaking .. Swimming pool location water quality was very nice.
