Rate 0 Terrible service from Reception price is inflated and there is no loyalty for returning customers. Breakfast was very limited too, I had checked in and at around 6pm decided to rest and just watch TV but it would not work, had to call reception 4 times and every time someone comes messes up with remote nothing happens, on the 6th check out day someone came again and messes up with remote etc bathing append can’t sort it out, so check out time I highlighted the problem all I was told complain has been logged, was is the point of logging in complaints while you have upset customers. I have used this hotel since 2015, it seems like they do not have customer service all you say lands on deaf ears. Worst experience this time may be I wil not come back.
