Pokoje są przestronne, codziennie dokładnie sprzątane, a obsługa – zarówno w recepcji, jak i w całym hotelu – na najwyższym poziomie. Pracownicy są serdeczni, pomocni i błyskawicznie reagują na każdą prośbę. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje kuchnia – bardzo urozmaicona, bogata w lokalne smaki, owoce morza, a także kilkanaście rodzajów deserów. Hotel położony jest na wzgórzu, dlatego warto mieć na uwadze, że niektóre pokoje są oddalone od plaży. Te bliżej morza mają dogodny dostęp do rozległej strefy basenowej. Do dyspozycji gości jest kilka basenów o różnej głębokości, w tym jeden zadaszony dla najmłodszych oraz basen ze zjeżdżalniami (niestety obowiązują dość restrykcyjne kryteria wzrostu, wieku i wagi – to jedyny minus, jaki zauważyliśmy w samej infrastrukturze hotelowej). Plaża jest szeroka, piaszczysta, z łagodnym zejściem do morza i dużą liczbą leżaków. Dodatkowy atut – brak kamieni w wodzie, więc buty ochronne są zbędne. Absolutnym hitem pobytu był zespół animatorów Pink Wave – to ludzie z niesamowitą energią i pozytywnym nastawieniem, którzy potrafią zachęcić do wspólnej zabawy, ale nigdy nie są nachalni. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługują: Basia, Marysia, Viviana i Dawid – zawsze uśmiechnięci, zaangażowani i profesjonalni. Wieczorne animacje z kostiumami i dopracowanymi występami były na naprawdę wysokim poziomie – zdecydowanie najlepsze w porównaniu z innymi hotelami, w których byliśmy. Jedyny poważniejszy minus to bardzo długi transfer z lotniska – trwał aż 2,5 godziny, co po podróży samolotem było naprawdę męczące.

Wspaniały hotel, wspaniali ludzie, wspaniałe wspomnienia. To, że animatorzy są niesamowici zostało już napisane wielokrotnie. I to prawda. Chciałbym podziękować dodatkowo wszystkim tym, których pracę nie dostrzegamy - kelnerzy, kucharze, panie sprzątające, ratownicy, barmani.........obsługa hotelu itp. itd. Dziękuję, dziękuję, dziękuję. Dzięki wam miałem wspaniale wakacje. P.s. Pan od pity przy basenie to mój idol :)

Nous revenons ce jour après une très belle semaine dans cet hôtel. Très belle infrastrucure avec deux piscines quasiment sur la plage privée et un bar. La baie est très agréable et il est possible de marcher le long de la plage jusqu aux tavernes de Mikrigialos. Jolie plage naturelle aussi à la sortie de l hôtel, après avoir longé la route à droite, 5 minutes. Piscine extérieure du Spa très calme et avec des transats de qualité. Possibilité de faire quelques longueurs sans être gêné. Chambre simple et très spacieuse avec literie de qualité, baignoire et grande douche à l italienne. Spectacle le soir inintéressant pour les Français. Touristes polonais principalement.Un bar lounge dans l hôtel pour boire un verre se rajoute aux autres. Petite équipe kappa très sympathique.Seul petit bémol, la restauration le soir peu variée et assez moyenne quand nous comparons avec les dîners vraiment tops du kappa club de la palmeraie de Marrakech où nous étions l été précédent. Dans l' ensemble, de très belles prestations cependant.

En un mot : MERCI ! Un hôtel parfait. Nous n’avions aucun reproche à faire ! L’hôtel en général est merveilleux, la chambre est splendide, avec sa sublime vue mer, le restaurant est varié chaque jour, et c’est très très bon ! Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et à l’écoute. Nous avions eu un problème de climatisation et dans l’heure c’était régler. Nous avions réserver le restaurant grec et nous n’avions pas pu y aller. Eloise s’est occuper de nous décaler le RDV aussitôt. La piscine calme est mon endroit préférer 😅 pour le coup vraiment calme, et vraiment très beau. La plage est magnifique, une mer transparente jusqu’a ce que j’ai plus pied, toujours de la place sur des transat à l’ombre et c’est vraiment agréable de ne pas avoir à batailler. Attention tout de même, je pense que l’hôtel n’est clairement pas approprié aux personnes à mobilité réduite ou les personnes âgées, l’hôtel en « escalier » monte vraiment beaucoup, beaucoup de marche et souvent compliqué sous la chaleur. Le seul point négatif …. c’est la fin des vacances et l’obligation de partir 😢. C’était notre première fois en Crète, et nous l’oublieront jamais. Merci pour tout !
