San Juan Motel

This small motel in Anacortes is truly a gem. Extremely friendly and accommodating and perfectly situated to walk to downtown restaurants, the harbor and to check out the fabulous artwork (e.g. murals) all over town. It's a fabulous value too!

Wonderful motel. The current owners did a great job renovating and restoring the previous one to be nice and comfy. The rooms match the photos perfectly - the rooms are like little apartments: two separate bedrooms, one bathroom and a small kitchen. Perfect for my family's needs. The walls are a little thin, but there is not much you can do about that without a complete rebuild of the building. When we stayed the other guests were quiet at night so the only thing we heard was water faintly moving through pipes. The fans that were in our rooms helped to mitigate this small amount of noise. Finally, loved the beds! The mattresses were in great condition, and felt like newer memory foam that helped me get a good night's sleep. All of this for such a fair price was a great deal. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean; towels fluffy and thick; the heating system the best we've ever found in a hotel; staff were very accommodating and helpful. Great kingsized bed. Loved it being in the old part of town. We'd come again, BUT would come more prepared. The ads for this hotel say there is a kitchenette and it's true - there is. But there is NOTHING in the kitchenette - no dishes, cutlery, pots or pans. There is a coffee pot, some coffee packages and Styrofoam cups but that's it. We scrounged some dishes off of housekeeping ...

Nice motel, 1 block from the main street with lots of shops & restaurants, nice owner Bob, big room with King and Queen beds separated by a kitchenette and bathroom, sofa, desk, 2 large flat screen TVs, clean. I stayed 2 nights, good value, I would stay there again.

The room was very clean and the beds are comfy. Needed a spot to stay that was budget friendly and this worked out very well. I'm walking so the location has been prime as well. Thank you so much!!!!!

Lovely little dive motel w comfy beds and everything one needs for a couple nights in Anacortes and close to everything! At the right price!

We got a nice surprise when we walking in and saw the room layout. It was a huge room with both queen & king beds with a kitchenette in between, and nice fluffy towels! (Paper towels would be nice for the kitchen sink.) It was downtown so easy walking distance to restaurants. Can't wait to stay again!

Wonderful motel right downtown, and very close to the historic district, marina, and Guemes Island ferry. I walked everywhere, and everything you need is nearby. My room was incredibly spacious! I'll be back!

Good location, friendly staff. There were large clumps of hair in the shower, which had not been cleaned by the cleaning staff. The walls are thin and the place is loud. It seems to draw the type of clientele who stay up most hours of the night. I will not be staying here again.
