This was our fourth stay at Orsa Maggiore and once again it was just wonderful. Capri is a really special place and staying at Orsa Maggiore makes it just perfect. We stayed for 10 nights and even though this was our fourth stay on the island we still found things to do that we hadn't done before. The whole team work so hard especially Silvia, Antonella, Luisa, Franco and Luigi who all go above and beyond to ensure that everything is just perfect. The housekeeping team also kept our room spotless. We would highly recommend anyone to stay at Orsa Maggiore and will always return. Thank you everyone for a lovely holiday.

We are so greatful for our weeklong stay at Orsa Maggiore. We just had the best of times - everything was even better then we expected. The hotel interior is so tastful. Beatiful pool area. Exceptionell staff so friendly. Perfect breakfast and lunch. The views from the hotel are not of this world. Highly recommend this little gem!! Also nice to be in more authentic Anacapri and not in the hectic and international Capri.

Il soggiorno migliore di tutto il nostro viaggio, di solito non dedichiamo recensione ma qui merita Un albergo immerso in un'oasi di silenzio e relax, proprio come lo cercavamo da tempo Non un albergo che ti propone cose dove sperperare soldi, ma ti manda in location superbe dove avere le migliori esperienze sull'isola e suggerimenti su come muoversi Sia sul servizio barche per i giri dell'isola che ristorantini locali con vista e servizi navetta Torneremo sicuramente!

Posizione eccellente, nella quiete della parte rurale di Anacapri con splendida vista sul mare. Struttura piccola e elegante ma senza eccessi, cura nei dettagli, personale molto gentile e vera attenzione per il cliente anche da parte delle signore alla reception. Lo stesso vale per la stanza. La piscina a sfioro, sebbene non grande, completa il quadro del tutto positivo. Il ristorante offre ottimi piatti della tradizione campana. Peccato sia aperto solo a pranzo

Great place to stay for a first-time visit to the island of Capri. Located about a 20-minute walk from the main shopping area of the town of Anacapri, it’s an intimate hotel of around a dozen rooms. The service here is familial, cordial, helpful. From Sonya at the front desk, to Luigi, the driver to Franco, one of the servers, everyone is helpful. Breakfast is served off the lobby and included in the room rate. You request eggs and coffee from the server. The hotel provides transportation to and from the ferry and other times upon request. A fee will complain that the location is too remote, but with western views of the Mediterranean Sea and the island of Ischia, it was amazing. Highly recommend!

Kleines sehr ruhig gelegenes Boutique-Hotel etwas außerhalb von Anacapri (10 Gehminuten ins Zentrum, direkt vor dem Hotel Bushaltestelle nach Anacapri&Capri sowie zur Grotta Azzurra). Sehr schöne Anlage mit sauberem Pool. Am Pool Bar sowie Mittags diverse Antipasti und Primi zum Lunch. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, hoteleigenes Shuttle für Ausflüge (je nach Verfügbarkeit). Zimmer genügend gross und sehr sauber, sehr bequeme Betten, Klimaanlage, moderne Bädersowie große Balkons mit Sonnenliegen. Recht grosse Auswahl beim Frühstück . Preise sicherlich im oberen Bereich, für Capri jedoch absolut fair.

Orsa Maggiore is beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Anacapri Within it’s lush surroundings there is an infinity pool that relaxes you the minute you lay eyes on it. It’s close enough to all of what Capri has to offer but far enough away from all of the madness. More importantly, the lovely owner Antonella has exquisite taste, no detail has been overlooked. She and her entire staff are warm, attentive and thoughtful. Silvia the concierge is exceptional, she is multilingual and you can be sure any of your needs will be well taken care of. Their friendly driver Luigi picked us up from the ferry, helped us with our bags, and comfortably delivered us to the hotel. Nicco and Franco took care of us at breakfast and lunch, which might I add had plenty of wonderful options. We have been to Capri many many times and we wouldn’t go anywhere else now. We have finally found “THE” perfect place to unwind and enjoy this magical island .
