The care starts when you get off the ferry! You will be picked up, taken to the transfer, your luggage will be taken care of and brought to the palace! Here you will feel like a special guest! Everything is at a high level! Breakfasts in the L’Olivo restaurant are amazing! Restaurant Zuma - the most delicious pan-Asian cuisine! Restaurant A-Ma-Re Capri - the best pizza in my life! Il riccio is a wonderful beach club, with the highest service! Jumeirah Capri Palace has won my heart! We will be back next time! 10 out of 10! Thank you Jumeirah!

Notre séjour au Jumeirah Capri Palace à Anacapri a été tout simplement magnifique. Dès notre arrivée au port jusqu’à notre départ, chaque instant a été pris en charge avec une attention exceptionnelle. L’hôtel est splendide, élégant et paisible, niché dans l’un des coins les plus charmants de l’île. Mais ce qui rend vraiment l’expérience unique, c’est le personnel, d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme rares. On se sent accueilli comme des invités de marque, avec chaleur et sincérité. Quitter cet endroit a été un véritable crève-cœur. Nous avons hâte d’y revenir avec toute notre famille. The perfect experience
Our stay was magnificent! This hotel is in located in the little town of Anacapri and it is absolutely amazing. From the time you arrive at the port to your departure they are there to make your stay perfect in every way. The staff, they are genuinely the best and most kind people! Our experience here was so perfect that it was truly hard to leave!! Dear Jumeirah Capri Palace we can’t wait to return and bring our entire family. I took my wife there for our anniversary and we were not disappointed. The hotel will pick you up from the ferry and take you directly to Ana Capri. The lobby is amazing. The rooms are lovely. Service is exceptional. The chairlift to top of the mountain is right next-door and the staff will escort you to avoid the queue. Their newly opened Amare Capri restaurant, which is right next to their beach club has fabulous food, and a view! A secret tip, you can walk down the stairs to take the rowboat into the famous Blue Grotto thus avoiding taking a separate boat to get to it. All in all, a fantastic trip. Highly recommend this hotel for a special experience.
