I could not ask for more! Great amenities at the room and also unbeatable facilities at the hotel. Love the gym and sauna a lot. Only small point deducted on location as it is challenging to walk from the central station with big luggage on check in day according to stairs. Take a tram from the central station is highly recommended only with luggage. Will definitely stay there again if i get chance to be in AMS again.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this distinguished four-star hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional level of service and amenities offered. From the moment I arrived, the staff displayed genuine hospitality, ensuring a seamless check-in process and attending to every detail with remarkable efficiency. The room was impeccably clean and elegantly furnished, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style, complemented by modern amenities that enhanced the overall experience. The hotel's facilities, including the well-equipped fitness center were of outstanding quality, catering to both relaxation and indulgence. This hotel truly exemplifies excellence in hospitality, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers seeking a memorable stay.
It was the same booking but added breakfast
Spacious room.
Stylish design but the walls are quite mouldy
There’s drainage problem in the bathroom on the first night. The staff helped us to change the room swiftly.
One interesting thing - there is a card in the room to indication whether u need cleaning service or not, as in usual hotel. But the card got two side: - red, don’t need service and don’t come into the room; - blue: no cleaning but will be granted with the welcome drink voucher.
For some reason our card was flipped to red side and we couldn’t not found voucher. And even when we go down to the reception to ask for the voucher. They refuse to give us because they marked in the system that we put on the red side. We were like ummm fine but as a hotel we would appreciate if you could be less calculating and little more generous.
Quite far from the city centre we take Uber to get into the city centre ~€12.4 trip.
Amazing sunset and view from the room.

It is value for money, the rate is lower than those hotels nearby central station.
Can take bus or tram to central station with few stops only.
Not many restaurants and supermarkets nearby and usually went out to central station for meal arrangements.
The breakfast is great with various types of food. The hotel facilities were great and new. Nice design in wooden style and high ceiling. Appreciate with the balcony view.
Friendly remind to place DND when taking shower as open washroom set up
There is a direct tram from the train station to the nearby station on the 26th, but it takes about 10 minutes to walk after getting off. This time it is windy and rainy, so it will feel very cold. There is a supermarket and convenience store near the hotel, which provides breakfast and dinner. They taste pretty good. The room has a river view. It will be better when the weather is good. The staff are efficient and have good attitudes~
It was excellent hotel with resonable rates , location is very good , services are abit slow , furnishing is goid , near to train station , goos for staying a day or two , breakfast is average , its near to river
Although the location is not in the city center, it is very convenient to take Uber for about 10-15 euros per trip. The kitchen is complete, the shower and toilet are separated, the bathroom is very spacious, the water power is strong, and the towels are very soft and large. The heating is great. Large room can hold 2 29-inch suitcases. The coffee machine worked well, and the sofa bed in the living room was very spacious. The view is a floor-to-ceiling seascape, fireworks, and a large dining table for 4 people. Mattress beds were comfortable. There are washing machines and clothes dryers, but no laundry detergent is provided. Detergents, showers, shampoos and moisturizers are provided, but toothbrushes are not provided. The service staff is first-rate, courteous, and very helpful, and will say good morning and good night. The price is fair enough to take Uber back and forth. The room was very clean and tidy.
This is the first time in my life that I have given a one-star negative review after staying in hundreds of hotels.
1. No one will check you in
2. The only way to contact them is to call them via the Netherlands +31 international number
3. No way to make international calls? Congratulations, **
4. I desperately searched for various methods on the Internet (the temperature was 9 degrees and it was raining), and finally found out on Airbnb that they have a ”Contact Host” function to find someone.
5. The other party told me, ”If you want to check in, you have to come to our address below to get the key.” Hello! ! ! ! ? ? ? Why didn't you mention this in the move-in notice? ? Even Trip.com did not inform us at all!
6. When I arrived at the address (the location of another of their hotels), the teller was pushed out by the supervisor to block the gunfire. He kept telling me that it was not their problem, but that trip.com did not inform me of the contact address when delivering the package (laughing, everyone The hotel information and contact information on the reservation website are all filled in and uploaded by the hotel. Do you think I am being deceived?)
7🤬What makes me angry the most is that I asked my supervisor to speak out, but all his supervisors avoided him, saying that it was inconvenient now and he had to bear the responsibility himself.
When I checked out the next day, I asked to call the supervisor again. The teller gave me the same answer, saying, ”I can't contact anyone at all.”
The chain group YAY has six or seven hotels open. This is how they deal with it, avoidance, shirk, and no compensation. There is no customer service, no email, no online assistant, nothing.
Do you dare to stay in this kind of hotel? ? ?
A little far from the city center train station, there is a supermarket at the door, things are quite cheap. The suite is quite big, but the design is a bit odd, the bathroom is open, and it is not convenient to use both sides when closing. There are 26 roads in the surrounding traffic, which is convenient to the train station. The hotel is generally hygienic and there are spiders on the lights.
