Outstanding service with attention to detail. Most helpful staff, from check in to check out. Attentive concierge service with a can do attitude. This was our third stay with no disappointments. Facilities are up to date. Great location on the park. Business or pleasure this is the place

Very comfortable beds, and room controls were easy to change to my taste. Bath products were a very nice quality, and water pressure was very good. The room felt luxurious, but cozy. Everything you need in a hotel. The staff is amazing, every single member of the team was here to make sure we had a wonderful stay. Special kudos to Stephan the concierge.

Home away from home They made the interior warm and neutral hence cosy The furnitures feel like luxury Wished they had loyalty program though so I could come back during biz trips Only issue I had was a constant drumming sound perhaps from the AC which was very loud

Without a doubt, one of my favourite hotels of all time. A truly luxury experience without being intimidating in any way... it is warm, welcoming , personal and very thoughtful . and is really well located to explore the centre of Amsterdam but to also have a little more space from it and explore some of the less obvious, but equally beautiful and interesting , parts if the city. The level of service and attentiveness of everyone on the team in any part of the hotel (reception, concierge, bar, restaurants) is exceptional. The place is immaculately clean, the attention to detail in the rooms is so impressive and the rooms are extremely comfortable. We left feeling so well looked after and so well rested. We had barely driven off the forecourt when I asked "when can we come again?"

Amongst the finest hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful location and staff is second to none. Loved everything about the place,very obvious that management has trained everyone well from doorman to turn down service.

This is a very beautiful hotel right at Oosterpark so you get to experience that with your stay. Hotel service is great. Rooms are super clean. Spring cafe has the best breakfast.

Pillows Maurits is a fantastic hotel that really stands out. The restaurants and bars are excellent, serving great food and drinks. What impressed me most was the staff - everyone seemed knowledgeable and could answer our questions without having to ask someone else. The hotel's design cleverly mixes old and new. You can feel the history, but it doesn't feel outdated. I loved how the old building and new extension have different floor levels. It made moving around interesting and added to the unique experience. Overall, it's a luxurious and memorable place to stay. Highly recommended!
