I booked Pillows through the SLH website and so glad I did. The hotel was nothing short of luxurious with the staff being so friendly and helpful during our visit. My wife and I were traveling with our 14 month old daughter and everyone from their team was so helpful and willing to assist us as needed. The housekeeping did a terrific job of keeping the room clean, which is important with a little baby running around. We loved the crib and gifts for the baby which were in our room when we checked in. They gave her a Miffy stuffed animal which she took home and still plays with. The Junior Suite with the large slanted window is a feature most hotels don't have. The location was a little out the way from the busy parts of the city which is what we wanted. It was great having the beautiful park next to us. We took a private canal tour and the boat picked us up steps from the hotel. The whole concierge team were wonderful to deal with prior to and during the trip. It was great to meet Stefan in person to thank him for everything he set up in advance. They were helpful and purchased the quick to sell out Anne Frank museum tickets on our behalf months before we got there. The private lounge in the lobby was nice when we needed to relax for a few and grab a beverage or snack from the honest bar. Sping cafe Brasserie was delicious and the roof top bar was nice for a quick glass of bubbly. We enjoyed drinks at Fitz's Bar. Special thank you to Anouk the supervisor from the reservations team. My mother-in-law and sister-in-law were traveling with us in a second room and Anouk was so helpful in making sure both reservations were in the best rooms possible and accommodated the changes we needed to make. Highly recommend!
