Nice cozy place and good size for family of 4. Love the laundry!! Managed to wash 4 days of dirty clothes with dryer function.

Very friendly staff, clean apartment, however, at 500 euros a night, the price/quality ratio is not good at all, but we had no choice, nothing else available in Amsterdam. The apartment's decor is modern. Personally, it's not really my thing, but it did the job well.
Parking is 5 minutes away and costs 45 euros a day, which shouldn't be overlooked either.

It's a bit of a walk from the central station, but the staff are very friendly.
I asked them to leave my bag for me one night before my reservation because I was going to Brussels, and they kindly took care of it for me.
They also gave me some time to prepare when I checked out. I'm also grateful for the scale. I didn't know the name of the man at the reception when I checked out.. He was really friendly. I'm going to recommend him to my friends^^

When we arrived we were given a smaller room that we hadn’t booked. After going back to the reception we were able to get the room that we’ve originally booked. But it that should not have happened, and we were very disappointed.
The room we booked was a double bedroom apartment. Of the second bedroom the blinds do not reach the floor, leaving a huge view onto the street open that we had to fill with pillows.
Also there where getting regular **** smells either from outside or the ac system. All doors and windows were closed.
The location is close to the city center and main train station. But a bit shady in the evening.

The room size is large, as expected. There is only a coffee machine, but it doesn't even have a capsule. Fortunately, it comes with it.

Oh my days … we had the most incredible stay here. We were in the penthouse suite with the biggest balcony ever, it was incredible. Views across the river to see the boat taxi, river cruises and huge cruise ships coming in. The bed, pillows and duvet were amazing. 5 minutes to central station and city center. So convenient. The best part of this apartment … YANA! Oh how we loved her, she made everything perfect. We will definitely be back ❤️❤️❤️

Outstanding service and a beautiful stay Kieran was incredibly helpful—probably the most helpful hotel manager I’ve ever met. He gave us excellent tips for exploring Amsterdam and beyond, which made a big difference in our trip. Mari was also super helpful in holding our bags while we visited the city before departing. The hotel itself was beautiful, very well kept, and clean. If I’m ever back in the area, this is definitely where I’ll stay. A great experience all around!
