Hotel and room was clean with friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant food was overpriced, there is a gym but quite basic. Location is fairly far from the city center but still an enjoyable travel.

Excellent hotel. The room was ready a little earlier. Large room with a desk, which was very important. Unfortunately, there was one chair. A small sofa by the window. Conveniently located closet with shelves. There was an ironing board and iron. Of the minuses, there was only one chair, in the shower instead of shower gel there was water. This is very strange and I see it for the first time in hotels. Apparently, the previous tenants left it like this, and the staff checks the filling and it does not matter with what.
A good varied breakfast smoothed out these nuances.
At breakfast there was a choice of greens (lettuce, arugula and others), there was honey in the comb.

I recently stayed at Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam, and overall, it was a mixed experience. The check-in and check-out process was very fast, which was a great start. However, the first room I was given wasn’t up to standard, but to their credit, the staff quickly arranged a room change without any hassle. The customer service was great—very responsible and accommodating.
I didn’t get the chance to use the hotel facilities, so I can’t comment on those. One downside was the location; while it’s accessible by train and tram, the walk from the station felt quite far, which can be inconvenient if you’re carrying luggage or exploring the city frequently.
Overall, it’s a decent hotel with good service, but the location might not be the best choice if you prefer something more central.
