Nice environment

Service was good. Staffs were friendly. The only problem is the stairs, the layout of the hotel will make you go tripping!!! Lol good luck if you have loads of luggages.

The hotel is in a great location. The stairs are a bit narrow, but the elevator is spacious. The room is not big, but it is very clean! Especially when you open the window, the view is so beautiful! At this moment, the hotel's minor flaws are not worth mentioning! Very nice!

Because it is located in the middle of the old city street, the location is good, but the room is small and the bed is not placed properly. Maybe the bed is a bit too big and there is no space between the legs and the wall, which makes it uncomfortable. I suggest reducing the width of the bed.

The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and the transportation is convenient as Amsterdam Central Station is just around the corner. It is right across the famous canal from Amsterdam Central Station. However, the building is old and there is no elevator, so it may be inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage.

The location is good, in the old town, the whole street is full of shops, very close to the central train station, very lively at night! The disadvantage is that the room is very small, but Amsterdam is very expensive, the price/performance ratio is OK.

If you take a room with a canal view, it's great. We were a little surprised when we entered the bar, but it turned out to be a hotel. On the 1st floor there were bags of dirty laundry right in the hallway

The room is too small and clean overall. There is no elevator. The stairs are too narrow and winding. It is difficult to carry large luggage up.

The hotel was very well located 5 minutes walk from the central station and also from the red light district. The reception service was good, the only thing is that you have to leave a deposit of 50 euros and they retain it on your card and you have to wait a few days until they return it to you. They gave us a better room for the same price.

I arrived at night and was traveling the next day, so I made a reservation just to sleep, but it was worse than I expected. The sink in the bathroom was too small and inconvenient, and overall it was dark, but the sheets were clean and the braille machine was fine.
