Initially very excited. It looks very nice and it's a boat- what an experience it will be!
Staff lacking in smile

No kettle No tea service No iron No WATER!
You have to buy at the machine
Hotel lobby area looks super cool and breakfast set up looks very clean, breakfast spread the usual, nothing exciting
WORSE part the room is ******* , the ceiling overhead was opening up like there is something pr someone living above peeping through your bedroom. A lot of noise at night...not made by humans. Had episode of sleep paralysis whilst there! I thought sleep paralysis wasn't real....

There is a free ferry from Amsterdam Central Station, which takes about 10 minutes to reach the hotel. The hotel itself is in the shape of a ship and faces the canal, making it a very interesting hotel.

The room and amenities we stayed in this time are the bare minimum, but if you just want to sleep, it's enough. Next time I would like to stay in a room with the letter BOTEL.
