The room was super small, so small that the door couldn't be fully opened, and I couldn't walk after putting my luggage. All the rooms were fully booked, and I couldn't pay to upgrade the room. The toilet sink was clogged. The biggest advantage is that it is next to the National Gallery, which is a 3-minute walk away.

Excellent Location. Excellent Lobby. Excellent Staff. Unfortunately the hotel is under some construction/renovation and the views are obstructed and unsightly to the canal. Some Rooms are very very small.

The worst experience in NL. Found bed bug bites from the stay in this hotel. After returning home I visited hospital two times to treat the bites, but hotel rejected refund of the worst stay in Europe and even rejected the hospital/medicine cost.
Highly recommand not to select this hotel even during the exhibition period. Just spent 600 Eur for two ninghtmare in extremely small room.

Hotel located very close to transport (tram, bus, metro), quiet area if you want to travel alone, welcoming and very kind hotel. The room was fabulous with an incredible view! I highly recommend
