The location was convenient and it was well cleaned, the staff was friendly and free coffee and tea available all day. Most amenities available. The mattress however was really soft and sunken in. Also, across the street is a bar where people stand outside and make noise until deep in the night. Even with the window closed, it’s still loud. I requested a quiet room but it wasn’t quiet at all.

This is the worst hotel I stayed in among the more than 30 hotels I stayed in during my trip to Europe. It was very poor in every aspect.

Very surprised as to why ******* rated this property Very Very Good. The place looks very crummy... our room was so dark. As seniors, the 6-7 steps of stairs as you enter the property was a complete disappointment, as it was very difficult for us to carry our luggage, there was no front desk staff to help us with our suitcases. More importantly, the cost per night is expensive for lack of basic amenities. We had free breakfast, but that too, was left to be desired. Very disappointing and I would rate this as 1 star.

Great place to stay, great location. Obviously, pretty small rooms given that it's in the city, but very clean and was a great value. Would definitely stay here again.
