We used a duplex room, and it was a good place for a family of three to stay, with kitchen access and laundry in the basement. The location was good because it was close to the bus stop, and the staff were friendly. However, the bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable, and there were stains on the fabric sofa, which felt a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom was small, and the shower room only had half a glass partition, so water splashed all over, but other than that, we had a good stay.

The room is simply furnished and well-equipped. The wifi password is behind the speaker. The only downside is that the shower head does not work well, the water is sometimes hot and sometimes cold, the pillow is uncomfortable (more like a cushion), and I don't understand how to use the washing machine. Overall, it's OK. The transportation nearby is quite convenient, with bus and tram stations...

Normal apartments, excellent room size, tea and coffee in the room. Room cleaning upon request. Walking distance to the center is a bit far. But it’s not critical if you like to walk. Price/quality is ok. You can stop by. And not far from the FlixBus stop

Second time staying here. The pillow is a bit too high. Everything else is good.

We stayed here for 5 nights. Things we loved were how spacious the apartment was, the attached patio, and the convenient location close to transit. Things we didn’t love were the apartment stairs (not a surprise feature but steeper than expected), poor quality AC/air flow, and the downstairs layout is a little odd with the toilet in a separate room from the shower with no mirror or place for a towel. Overall the apartment was relaxing, the beds comfortable, and a great patio view. We had a minor electrical issue on one of our first nights but the staff worked as quick as they could to get it fixed for us, and we appreciate manager Bilal offering us complimentary breakfast and drinks. Ilinca at the front desk (I believe this was her name) was fantastic.

spacious rooms, very clean aswell as friendly staff. the location is easy to find and a good distance from the main city. good set of shops and bars around the hotel, the beds are very big the bathrooms are well stocked. would recommend bringing toiletries

Amazing location, staff are very friendly and helpful and hotel is very clean, easy access to Amsterdam central via the bus and amazing food nearby. Only complaint is the pillows were a bit of a weird shape and very tall but other then that everything else was perfect.

Our flat was spacious and clean. Internet was great and everything worked the way it should (e.g. lights, toilets, aircon, heating, etc). The only downside is that it's 30mins from the center (by bus/train) but it's not a show stopper. Staff was also great and accommodating. Will definitely return.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Although the location was a little far from the city center, we had no difficulties as it was right next to the public transportation stop. Since we did not use services such as restaurants and gyms, I cannot comment.
