The room is very small, but the quality and service are very good. It has a deep history. The breakfast is particularly delicious. Everything is done with care. The surrounding environment is a bit complicated, so it's worth staying for a night or two.

The level of customer service at this gorgeous boutique hotel can not be beat. The staff went above and beyond in checking to make sure of our arrival and departure times, preferred breakfast time, etc. They were amazing and we lucked out having our room ready early upon arrival. We were gifted a lovely bottle of cava in the gorgeously appointed room. When we let them know that we would miss breakfast on departure day due to an early train, they insisted upon delivering a take away breakfast the night before. Yogurts, fruits, bread and fresh juice - what a treat. They also had a nice welcome and thank you note along with a sweet gift. This was truly an amazing experience and I would highly recommend. We stayted in the cartographer room.

Staying in the clockmaker room. The room was so special and cute with a fabulous view on the graacht. It stands out from the uniform hotels which look all the same as each room has it's own theme. The staff is friendly and helpful . Service was good and everything was clean. The only thing which needs enhancement - the AC. We had temperatures of 34+ C degrees during our visit and the room didn't cool below 25 Degrees which was definitely too warm to sleep comfortably.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and so unique and interesting. We stayed in tghe Airplane Builder! We loved the gallery overlooking the canal where you could eat breakfast or enjoy a quick bite and a drink. The breakfast was the highlight of our day.! The location was amazing! We walked all over Amsterdam.
