The stay at the hotel was good, but what a terrible service you have yourselves. Booked 2 rooms, only one came through to the hotel. City tax already paid with you, had to do it again at the hotel, after a lot of hassle of course not done. But apparently you are not even allowed to collect this. Never again trip.com for me!

Great hotel, small misunderstanding at check in for the tourist tax but everything was resolved between them and Trip.com both available. Location next to the stadium and Ziggo Dome. Two metro stops including Biljmer with fast trains available. Perfect and large room as described, comfortable beds and warm blankets, well soundproofed too.

The Jaz Hotel in Amsterdam is highly recommended! Cozy atmosphere, modern interior and everything is very clean. The location is perfect: within walking distance of both the train station and the metro, so you can easily get into the city. Ideal for a relaxing stay in Amsterdam!

This was the t****th time I stayed in your hotel for a concert in the Ziggo Dome and it was wonderful again.
The beds sleep well, everything is nice and clean.
I can only say that I experienced my stay as pleasant, even if it was only for 1 night.
