Le personnel est accueillant et très aimable. Tout est fait pour que vous soyez satisfaits. Il y a des escaliers pour accéder à la réception, mais pas d inquiétude, on vient chercher vos bagages et on vous les porte pour votre départ. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et les chambres sont propres. Je recommande cet hôtel à deux pas des lieux à visiter. Merci.

The people that run this place are very warm and helpful people!! They helped us with our luggage and arranged for our cab driver . The location is very convenient and walkable for most attractions. The room was small but very comfortable with a nice balcony to view the streets.

There are so many good things to list! The service was 10/10 as a young woman travelling alone, I felt safe straight away. The workers honestly go above and beyond Rooms were spotless Location was perfect Breakfast was 10/10 Unlimited coffee Relaxing outdoor balcony

Ein solides Hotel, jedoch erst nach beschwerlichem Aufstieg über eine sehr steile Treppe. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück angemessen. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt empfehlenswert.

We've just had 4 nights at the Hotel Clemens with our (almost) 3 year old. After tackling the stairs you are greeted with a wonderful lounge offering drinks and snacks all day. The staff are all wonderful and cant do enough for you. Our little boy was treated like a prince and he has come home with wonderful memories. Yes the rooms are small and the stairs are steep but this gem of a hotel is worth every step. We cant wait to come back!
