Good location close to museum quarter.
Modern room. Bed is ok. Friendly receptionist, offered us a welcoming drink.
No mini-fridge inside. Air-conditioning is average.

Quiet and well connected place.
Rooms (at least ours), very small. A small draft of air came in through the window frame.
Complete and good breakfast.
Super nice hall with the gas fireplace and the armchair that surrounds it.
Friendly and helpful people.

It's good, but the door is traditionally opened with a key. When you go out, you need to hand over the key to the front desk to avoid losing it

Cancellation not possible although I booked wrong shortly before. money will be withheld. Not recommendable. I can't say anything about the hotel itself

The hotel is good. Staff is good. Uncomfortable thing is deposit of 100 Euro they charge extra. It's not very common in most modern hotels. In general, the place is ok. Breakfast is good. I would recommend this place.

Upon booking this hotel I was a bit skeptical about its quality but I thought it would be fine. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. The location is good as there are lots of bars and restaurants around. However the basement rooms are like a prison cell, with only one window and bed taking up most of the space. The mattress is really lumpy and uncomfortable to sleep on. You can hear every sound from every direction, we could even hear people going to the toilet! And the smell from the drain in the bathroom was like raw sewage. Definitely would not stay here again.

Sono stata qui dal 18 al 23 agosto 2025. Albergo moderno e con un’atmosfera speciale. Camera con spazio necessario e dotate di ogni comfort, addirittura pop corn e caffè Nespresso. Le ragazze in reception sempre sorridenti, gentili e disponibili…mi hanno sempre aiutata con il mio inglese molto basico. Ho bevuto uno spritz come a casa. Coccolata e a mio agio. Sempre Grazie di tutto❤️ spero di tornare presto, Lucia311
