Very bad, very bad, arrived at the hotel at 10:45 pm, check-in took 2 hours. The front desk staff had no sense of service, and did not provide a sip of water for such a long time. They were not familiar with the business, and kept swiping the credit card and canceling it back and forth more than a dozen times. One check-in took two hours, and I was exhausted. The room was very bad. It was the only hotel I had stayed in so far that did not have a bathrobe. I had to call the front desk to ask them to send it. It was really funny! The service was very bad. After checking in for one day, I was too lazy to change the hotel and booked two more nights. I checked in again the next morning and twice, once in the morning and again in the afternoon. The front desk staff did not look at the booking information carefully. The rooms I booked on Ctrip were all paid for, and some even paid taxes together. They didn't look at it and asked me to pay the room and tax again every time. I had to repeatedly emphasize that I had paid it, and they would look at the booking information again and say yes, then you just need to pay the deposit. I didn't know that such a five-star chain hotel did not have training before taking up the post? Everyone is unfamiliar with the hotel system and is very cold to guests. I don't know if they are only cold to me as a Chinese! After all kinds of ups and downs, on the second night after I checked in for three nights, they called me in the middle of the night and asked me to change the room the next morning. I was speechless. Did I check in for nothing for the two times? I really have never met such a hotel! Fortunately, I booked a room that can be cancelled on Ctrip, and it was just before the cancellation time. I couldn't stand it anymore and angrily cancelled the last night. I really don't recommend this hotel to stay, please avoid it! The location is average, there is no view, no service, the room decoration and furnishings are very average, and the ordinary standard room is sold for more than 4,000 a night. It can really close down! I have stayed in 6 W hotels around the world, and this is undoubtedly the worst.

Good location, no centralized facilities

The service is very poor. In such a big hotel, there is only one elevator, and it has to be shared with the waiter who cleans the rooms. It takes at least five minutes to wait for the elevator. The staff is covered with ***. It is not worth it.

The service is good, but the hotel is really too small for every inch of land 😂
