Great location, friendly staffs but the room has no bathroom door which is bad for privacy when staying with a friend.

Great staff- Provide great recommendations for local restaurants, bars, and local activities.

“Had a very good sleep on an amazing, super comfortable bed. The location is great—just a short distance from the town centre. The girls at the bar/office were really lovely and always happy to share recommendations for places to visit and things to do. Overall, a great experience, though in my opinion the place could benefit from a bit more detailed cleaning, as it wasn’t quite as clean as I expected.”

Very unique hotel with some

Friendly staff, great location but very disappointing stay. Our stay here was not great at all. There is no storage in the room(Wardrobe/hangers/draws) There is no door on toilet in room so no privacy. The drain in the shower stunk and could smell it everytime we entered the room. The bed was uncomfortable and mattress was dirty with a big blood stain on it. The bed was made up of 2 single beds shoved in between the wall and a window. There was a mattress topper but didn’t fit or cover the whole bed as the 2 single beds were different heights, so if you were sleeping on one side of the bed you were slanted and slipping into the middle of the bed. The sound on the tv/projector didn’t work properly and would turn off and on. The light was connected to next door so the light would often come on in the night or early morning and would be switched off if we wanted our light on. The hotel just generally feels unclean. The steps up to each floor are very steep and narrow with no lift so carrying bags and luggage is a struggle. The key card hardly worked so it would be a case of climbing all the steps to then go back down to the reception. The room doesn’t get cleaned during your stay and we didn’t see any cleaners during the stay either.
