Nice hotel, has a bar.
Our room was in the basement. It was very cold there, the air conditioner didn't really heat up, no slippers or robe, no heated floor, no heated towel rail - as a result, we were very cold.
We also bought food and wanted to put it in the fridge/minibar, but there was none.
This all creates great inconvenience, so I give it 3 for convenience.
