Very unfriendly lady with black hair!
She called me a liar when I said that I had heart and breathing problems and showed her a doctor's certificate! I also informed Trip.com! The first room I got was not as described! And when I get other rooms on the roof, water comes and drips, dark black mold on the bench and wall, bed, laundry, glasses, kettle wasn't clean. She said that's all they have
