The hotel itself was very well located and the staff was very nice.
But we were there in December, so it was very cold outside. In the hotel room we also had a ventilation system that we could adjust, but it didn't work. On the first night we were completely frozen because the ventilation system didn't get warm, but continued to emit cold air. I got sick from it too. We went to reception the next morning and wanted to complain about it. But it turned out that we couldn't actually set the ventilation system to hot, they did that at reception. So we had to call every evening so that they could make it warmer. I found that very annoying. Why would they put a ventilation system with a temperature control in my room if I can't adjust it? The hotel itself is good, but only for people who like it cold.
