Located next to Amsterdam Station, it was easy to move around with heavy suitcases. There was a coffee shop, miscellaneous goods, and snacks next to the lobby on the 0th floor. However, I was surprised that even boiling water cost money. I could see the station platform well from the window, so I kept the curtains closed. The USB port was not working.

Hotel location was excellent, breakfast was great, very friendly staff as well. However, we were not given a room that had a river view, although it was what we had booked. Also, housekeeping had missed out on cleaning our room for a day. In addition, the bathroom ventilation wasn’t very good, it smelt kind of musty or mouldy
