The localization is very good. The check-in process was efficient and quick, which was a positive start to my stay. My room was located on the top floor, offering good lighting, the mattress was comfortable, and the room had a hairdryer, which I appreciated. However, the room itself felt quite dull, lacking any real charm. One of the major disappointments was the Nespresso machine. While it was a nice touch; when I tested it with just water, the water came out filthy, and I noticed fingerprints inside the water reservoir. This made me question the cleanliness of the room overall. The bathroom had its issues as well. The shower faucets were difficult to move, making it a struggle to get the right water temperature. On the last day of my stay, a screw fell out from the bathroom door hinge and I had to fix it, getting oil on my hands . Additionally, while there was a vault available in the room, the inside of the door, where the batteries were placed, didn't have a cover. This meant that if you accidentally closed the door hard enough to knock the batteries out, your belongings could get stuck inside. So while there were some positive aspects, the numerous maintenance and cleanliness issues significantly detracted from my experience.

We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of July. The hotel was clean but the rooms were tired. Very good location. The main problem was that we had no hot water for 3 of the 4 nights. They kept saying it would be fixed but it was not. The hotel refused to pay us any compensation.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The location is beautiful. Highly recommend renting bikes and grabbing a picnic at the AH close by and eating and biking through Volndelpark. The rooms were clean. Lots of wonderful restaurants nearby.
