Outstanding service. The hotel is located in a very convenient spot so you can walk to nearly all the attractions and restaurants. Vinkeles is itself a reason to stay at The Dylan. It is worth coming to Amsterdam again just to dinner at. The Concierge team is the best. I deeply recommend The Dylan if you want to truly enjoy Amsterdam.

The Dylan is a great property to include a Michelin restaurant comfortable rooms and a great bar. Perhaps the best part was the staff and the impeccable service they provided Ronald and Jordy are the bomb !! The location is great too and will definitely return .

Beautiful hotel, with very kind staff- they went above and beyond for us. Charming and in a great area. Aesop products in the rooms. Gorgeous courtyard which is for drinks and dinner. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay here next time we are in Amsterdam.

A very elegant boutique hotel. We had a great experience the moment we walked in early Sunday morning. Room ready and beautiful. We overlooked the garden area in the original building. Great and friendly staff and clean rooms with Aesop soaps and shampoo. Great part of town.

Our stay at The Dylan was excellent! Our room had a beautiful view of the inside courtyard. The staff always recognized us by our names. They were so friendly! The whole atmosphere of The Dylan was beautiful and relaxing! The location is perfect to walk to shops, restaurants or canal rides. We have been to Amsterdam several times and this by far is our new favorite hotel. We will definitely return!

We stayed here with our 3 children, in interconnecting rooms in the front building. The rooms were huge and beautiful and the view of the canal was amazing. Perfect central location, we walked everywhere. We also did a canal tour that left right from the hotel which was beautiful. Everyone who worked here was so helpful and kind.

Recently stayed at the Dylan for Amsterdam Pride and it is now one of my favorite hotels. Beautiful property, gorgeous rooms with gracious tall ceilings and large windows overlooking the courtyard, a super chic bar and restaurant. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, hospitable. The building is hidden behind a front courtyard, just enough setback to make it a serene escape from the bustling city. Cannot recommend it enough.

The Dylan should not only be dropped by the Leading Hotels of The World group, but I feel it should be banned by the EU as unfit for humans. The in-room staircase for example is dangerously steep. And give you a taste of the rest, the bathroom sink is 1 handspan in diameter.
