If you arrive before check-in time - 15.00 - be prepared to either pay for early check-in or wait. Until you check in, all services are paid for, including a cup of hot water.
A good room, a capsule coffee machine, a decent breakfast - these are the only advantages of the hotel. If you want to be close to the city center - this is not your option.
An ordinary 3 stars - no more, no robe, slippers must be asked for, not a fact that you will get them the first time.

The former Tulip Hotel has basically not changed much except for the name. It is almost the same as it was 8 years ago. The front desk uses a new and more convenient semi-self-service check-in, but some things still need to be called for manual service, which is very embarrassing. The room is a standard business hotel, nothing special. The breakfast is not bad, much better than hotels in other countries and cities!
