處處都是坑的酒店。我預訂的是河景特大床房，7480兩晚，到店再付858，4000多一晚。但是我拿到的房間，空調是壞的。因為是冬天，沒有暖氣不行，所以我就問酒店能不能換間房，酒店説都住滿了，如果要換房要升級，需要另外加錢。溝通了差不多兩個鍾，酒店又説可以幫我免費安排一間房，於是我們搬到另外一間房。然而最後退房的時候，她説衹是第一晚免費，第二晚收了我升級的費用170歐。當時退房是早上，前台説他也不瞭解情況，要我先付錢，等經理上班以後再答覆我。但是扣了錢，到今天也沒答覆我！

房間挺大的，衞生間、浴室、卧室都比較獨立，設施和裝修都很有歷史感，二樓有伊麗莎白女王入住時候的照片。靠近運河，餐廳外可以直接上遊艇。很方便。

下榻阿姆斯特丹洲際，是我們荷蘭之行的最佳選擇 。酒店是百年老建築，緊鄰阿姆斯特丹運河。歐式皇室風格，女王伊麗莎白曾經入住過。前台Julie小姐姐，温馨的微笑，熱情的服務。早餐在米其林餐廳用餐，自助&點單。洲際會員歡迎飲料，在酒店的Bar裏享用，很用心。有幸體驗了酒店High tea。有香檳，且每道餐品配不同的品種茶，很奢侈。很期待下次來阿姆斯特丹再次入住洲際……
